Client: L'Oréal

As an entity L'Oréal offers a vast array of career paths and possibilities, but this doesn't come as obvious to graduates and future recruits. The brand wanted to give some visibility to their different metiers and showcase the diversity of professions within the group.

Our answer was to develop a series of immersive portraits that could encapsulate the brand's values. We followed selected employees giving an insight of what it means for them to work at L'Oréal and why the brand's entrepreneurship spirit places it at the forefront of innovation.
